How long does shipping take?
Our headquarters is located in Brazil; however, all of our shipments are made internationally. Once your purchase is complete, we will send an email confirming that your order has been approved. Within a maximum of 24 hours, we will follow up with a second email containing your tracking number. Your specialty coffee will be shipped within 12 to 48 hours, and delivery time will depend on your location and the selected shipping service.
Economy Service:
- North America: 6 to 9 days
- South America: 4 to 6 days
- Europe: 8 to 10 days
- Oceania: 9 to 11 days
Express Service:
- North America: 4 to 6 days
- South America: 3 to 6 days
- Europe: 6 to 7 days
- Oceania: 7 to 8 days
Note: Carriers do not collect shipments on weekends. Therefore, orders placed on weekends or after 12:00 PM on Fridays (GMT -3) will be dispatched on the next business day. However, the standard timeframe for tracking information availability will still apply.

What are the sizing specs of my orders?
The packaging size depends on the amount of specialty coffee you ordered (in kilograms or grams). Below is an average guideline for box dimensions:
- 250 grams: 16 cm (W) x 12 cm (H) x 4 cm (L)
- 500 grams: 24 cm (W) x 16 cm (H) x 4 cm (L)
- 1 kg: 24 cm (W) x 16 cm (H) x 6 cm (L)
- 2 kg: 24 cm (W) x 16 cm (H) x 12 cm (L)
I'm having issues placing an order
If you are experiencing any issues with your purchase, please send us an email to inform us, and we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Feel free to reach out at any time. For email inquiries, we respond within 12 hours. For live chat assistance, responses are typically very prompt during our business hours, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT -3).
I'd like replace or cancel my order.
We are committed to delighting our customers and providing the highest level of service possible; however, there are certain guidelines that define how we can assist. If you wish to cancel or exchange your order, you may do so within 4 days or until the product has left Brazil. Once the product has been dispatched internationally, cancellations are unfortunately not possible due to carrier regulations.
